Our staff has over 30 years experience in serving the valuation, brokerage and financing needs of businesses and lenders in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

	Rich Ellefson Rich has 30 years experience in assisting clients in purchasing, selling and financing businesses, commercial real estate and equipment. Rich is a member of several national industry organizations. He is certified in residential, commercial and equipment appraisals and is a licensed broker. Rich has a B.A. in Business Administration from Winona State University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of WI-LaCrosse.
	Michelle Carlson Michelle manages the New Richmond location and is our firm's Residential Market Manager. Michelle is a Wisconsin Licensed Appraiser and a Minnesota Registered Real Property Appraiser. Michelle provides residential and multiple family appraisals in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
	Blair Kjetland Blair serves as the Residential Appraisal Manager for the Menomonie office and is also the location's Equipment Leasing Associate. Blair is a Wisconsin Licensed Appraiser and a Minnesota Registered Real Property Appraiser and has a background of over 20 years of home construction experience.
	Amber Joncas Amber is an Administrative Services Coordinator. Amber is involved with residential and commercial services and coordinates the computer systems.
